Refund Policy


Say it ain't so! If you are unhappy with your items, you may return them within 7 days. Contact us for return instructions. Once the item has been received you will get an email notification, and so long as it has been returned unused, in the same condition and packaging, along with the receipt, you will be refunded within a few days.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. So long as the item is returned unused, a refund will be issued to you within a few days.

TGLC will only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
